1.1 The Service shall be available for purchase, use and access only within the selected areas of Ooredoo’s network coverage identified at http://wireless.ooredoo.com.mm.
1.2 A subscriber shall check whether or not Ooredoo’s network is available at his/her desired address prior to registering him/herself for the service.
1.3 After checking the availability of Ooredoo’s network at the desired address, the subscriber may purchase the Service either at Ooredoo owned outlets or at its Dealers’ outlets. The subscriber must precisely and accurately register the address at which he/she wishes to use the Service and thereafter shall the Service only at the registered address.
1.4 A user will not be able to use the Service at places other than the specific address that has been registered.
1.5 The Services shall only be used to access data (internet) only and shall not be used for making calls or for any other types of services.
1.6 Under no circumstances does Ooredoo guarantee the continuous and uninterrupted flow of the Service.

2.1 After a subscriber has purchased and registered for the Service in accordance with Clause 1 above, Ooredoo will provide the subscriber with the following:
i. One Supernet Wireless Mini device (“Device”) together with a warranty card for one year period and a user manual
ii. One Ooredoo SIM Card with Supernet Wireless Plan (inserted into the Device)(The user shall register the SIM Card that is inserted in the Device via specific channels by presenting required supporting documents in accordance with relevant existing laws)
iii. One adapter (collectively “the Supernet Wireless Mini Package”)

2.2 The user shall take the following steps to establish a WiFi connection using the Device:
i. Carefully read the user manual provided and install the Device;
ii. Switch on the Device by pressing the Power button;
iii. Switch on the WiFi function on the computer or other such end user devices that the user intends to use with the Device. On the end user device, browse for wireless networks, choose SSID name of the Device and press ”Connect”;
iv. After choosing the SSID Name of the Device and pressing “Connect”, enter the WiFi Password, and press the “OK” or “Connect” button on the end user device and wait until successful connection.(You will find WiFi SSID Name and Password on the Device).

2.3 A user can connect a maximum of 32 end user devices at any given time on the Device.

3.1 The Device is provided with a warranty period of one (1) year from the date on which a user has registered for the device either at Ooredoo’s own stores or at its dealer outlets (“Warranty”). The Warranty shall not extend to other parts of the Supernet Wireless Mini Package such as the SIM Card and adapter.

3.2 Ooredoo shall not change or extend the Warranty period of a Device under any circumstances. In the event that a Device under Warranty is repaired or replaced, the repaired or replaced Device shall be subject to the remainder of the Warranty period. For example, if a Device is repaired or replaced 7 months after the date of purchase, the repaired or replaced Device shall thereafter be subject to 5 months’ Warranty.

3.3 If there is defect in a Device under Warranty, the user shall present the Device for examination at an Ooredoo- own stores or an authorised dealer outlet. Upon examination of the Device, if Ooredoo finds that the user has used the Device in accordance with these terms and conditions, Ooredoo may, at its own discretion, repair or replace the Device.

3.4 The Warranty shall be considered to be void if:
i. The Warranty has elapsed;
ii. The Device has been damaged or destroyed or stolen or lost due to the negligence of the user;
iii. The user has installed, misused and or handled the Device in an irregular manner and/or contrary to instructions given in the user manual;
iv. The Device is damaged by fire, water or other external substances;
v. The Device is damaged as a result of an attempt by an unauthorized person to repair or alter the Device while under Warranty;
vi. The Device is damaged or compromised as a result of the user using the Device with products and appliances that are not compatible with the Device;
vii. The stickers containing warranty serial numbers have been removed or altered and or have been made unreadable.

3.5 The subscriber’s relief under Warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the Device. Under no circumstances shall Ooredoo refund the cost of the Device.

3.6 Notwithstanding the above, if it is found that:
i. The user cannot access the Service as a result of the non-availability of Ooredoo’s network at the user’s registered address; and
ii. This address is located in an area advertised by Ooredoo as an area in which the Service was available at the time of registration by the subscriber; and
iii. The subscriber has registered this complaint within three (3) weeks from the date of subscription to the Services; and
iv. The subscriber has returned the Supernet Wireless Mini Package in its original packaging, without damage or defect and in good condition to an Ooredoo own store or a dealer outlet
Ooredoo will refund the purchase price of the Service to the subscriber. Ooredoo shall not refund any other costs or expenses incurred by the subscriber to access or use the Service.Ooredoo shall not make any refunds to a subscriber who fails to return the Supernet Wireless Mini Package in its original packaging and without damage to an Ooredoo- own store or dealer outlet.

4.1 Subject to the Fair Usage Policy, the user shall be entitled to use the Service at the registered address and consume the volume of data comprised in the specific package purchased by the subscriber.

4.2 Ooredoo will send an SMS to a subscriber (7) days before the expiration of his/her original term of subscription so that the subscriber may decide if he/she wishes to continue the Services by extending his/her subscription to the Services.

4.3 Subject to Clause 8.1, if a subscriber wishes to continue accessing the Services upon the expiration of a Data Plan, the subscriber may extend his/her subscription by purchasing a Data plan of his/her choice at an Ooredoo own store or at a dealer outlet or online at http://wireless.ooredoo.com.mm on or before the expiration of the Plan.

4.4 If a subscriber does not extend his/her subscription, the Services shall be disconnected on the date of expiration and the subscriber shall no longer be able to access the Services unless the subscriber renews his/her subscription to the Services.

4.5 Service fees include tax as prescribed by relevant existing law.

5.1 The Speed and Bandwidth of the Services will be based on the particular Data Plan to which a subscriber has subscribed.

5.2 The maximum speed a user may receive depends on various factors, including but not limited to, the end-user device connected to the Services, the material of the wall of a user’s premises, the number of users sharing the connection. In addition, the speed a user receives at a point in time may vary and may be less than maximum speed available depending, among other things, on the composition of the information or files that a user is accessing, usage and traffic on the Internet, the server which a user is communicating to and the networks that the user and other users are using when communicating. Based on the above, Ooredoo does not provide any promise or warranty, expressly or impliedly, that a user will be able to download or upload data at the maximum speed.

6.1 The Fair Usage Policy (“FUP”) applies to the Services to ensure that all users may enjoy quality services. According to the FUP:
i. When a user chooses either the 2GB/day or 4GB/day 30-day renewal data plans, data plans, the user may access the Services at a maximum speed of 5 Mbps up to the volume of data subscribed to per day. If the user exceeds this volume of data in a day, his speeds would be reduced to 1 Mpbs for the rest of the day. The following day, usage speed would be restored to 5 Mbps;
ii. If a user subscribes to any of the following data plans, the user may access the Services at a maximum speed of 14 Mbps until the volume of data purchased has been fully exhausted. Upon the exhaustion of the volume of data purchased, the Services shall be disconnected and the subscriber shall be required to purchase a new Data Plan to continue to use the Services:
a. 30-Day, 20 GB Data plan;
b. 30-Day, 50 GB Data Plan;
c. 90-Day, 75 GB Data Plan; and
d. 90-Day, 150 GB Data Plan

In case of any grievances between Ooredoo and a user, the user may file his/her complaint by calling 09 970000216 or 216 from an Ooredoo number and Ooredoo will reach out to the user within (48) hours of the complaint. If required, senior officers from Ooredoo will meet with the user to negotiate and find a solution. If the user is not satisfied, the dispute will be solved in accordance with relevant existing laws of Myanmar.

8.1 If upon the exhaustion of a Data Plan, a subscriber has not renewed the subscription or extended the Services for consecutive (365) days, the Service will be automatically terminated and the user will no longer be able to use the Services and the Device.
8.2 If the user wishes to resume the use of Services, the user would be required to purchase a new subscription, including a new Supernet Wireless Mini Package in accordance with Standard Terms and Conditions of the Service published by Ooredoo applicable at the time of subscription.

Ooredoo shall send any notice to the subscriber to any of the telephone number, email address or any other contact detail provided by the subscriber to Ooredoo upon registration for the Services and such notice shall be deemed to have been duly received by the subscriber.

Ooredoo reserves the right to suspend the Services temporarily or disconnect or terminate the Services permanently, in the following circumstances:
i. Ooredoo, in its sole discretion, has reason to suspect that the user ID or password being used to access the Services was acquired in an unauthorized, illegal, improper or fraudulent manner;
ii. The registered subscriber of a Device has reported the Device to be lost or stolen;
iii. Ooredoo, in its sole discretion, has reason to believe that the user has been using the Device in a way that can harm, slow down or compromise the security or operation of the Services;
iv. Ooredoo, in its sole discretion, has reason to believe that the user has been using the Device in such a manner so as to amount to a breach of any relevant existing provision of the Laws of Republic of Union of Myanmar.

•၁.၁။ http://wireless.ooredoo.com.mm တွင် ဖော်ပြထားသော ဝန်ဆောင်မှုရရှိနိုင်သည့် အူရီဒူးကွန်ယက် လွှမ်းခြုံမှုရှိသည့် သက်မှတ်ဧရိယာအတွင်းရှိ နေရာများတွင်သာ ဝယ်ယူမှတ်ပုံတင်စာရင်းသွင်းပြီး ဝန်ဆောင်မှုူကို အသုံးပြုနိုင်မည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
၁.၂။ သုံးစွဲသူအနေဖြင့် မိမိအသုံးပြုလိုသည့် နေရပ်လိပ်စာတွင် အူရီဒူးကွန်ယက် လွှမ်းခြုံထားမှု ရှိ/မရှိ ကို ကြိုတင်၍ ဝင်ရောက် စစ်ဆေးရမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
၁.၃။ ထိုသို့စစ်ဆေးပြီးနောက် သုံးစွဲသူမှ အသုံးပြုလိုသည့် နေရပ်လိပ်စာသည် ဝန်ဆောင်မှုအသုံးပြုနိုင်သည့် ဧရိယာဖြစ်ပါက သုံးစွဲသူအနေဖြင့် ဝန်ဆောင်မှုူကို အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရန်အတွက် အူရီဒူးအရောင်းဆိုင်များတွင် ဖြစ်စေ၊ အူရီဒူး၏ကိုယ်စားလှယ်ဆိုင်များတွင်ဖြစ်စေ ဝယ်ယူနိုင်သည်။ အသုံးပြုရန် နေရပ်လိပ်စာကို တိကျမှန်ကန်စွာ မှတ်ပုံတင်စာရင်းသွင်းပြီးနောက် ယင်းသို့ မှတ်ပုံတင်သွင်းထားသည့် နေရပ်လိပ်စာ၌သာ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုကို အသုံးပြုနိုင်မည်ဖြစ်သည်။
၁.၄။ သုံးစွဲသူမှ မှတ်ပုံတင်စာရင်းသွင်းထားသည့် နေရပ်လိပ်စာ မဟုတ်သည့် အခြားနေရာများတွင် နေရာ ပြောင်းရွှေ့၍ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုကို အသုံးပြုနိုင်မည် မဟုတ်ပါ။
၁.၅။ ယခုဝန်ဆောင်မှုသည် ဒေတာအသုံးပြုမှု (အင်တာနက်ဝန်ဆောင်မှု) အတွက်သာဖြစ်ပြီး ဖုန်းခေါ်ဆိုမှု နှင့် အခြားမည်သည့်ဝန်ဆောင်မှုအတွက်မျှ အသုံးပြုနိုင်မည်မဟုတ်ပါ။ ,
၁.၅။ သို့ရာတွင် မည်သည့်အခြေအနေတွင်မဆို ဝန်ဆောင်မှုသည် ပြတ်တောက်မှုမရှိ ကောင်းမွန်ပါမည်ဟု အူရီဒူးမှ အာမ မခံပါ။

၂.၁။ သုံးစွဲသူမှ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုအားအသုံးပြုရန် အထက်အပိုဒ် (၁) နှင့်အညီ ဝယ်ယူမှတ်ပုံတင်စာရင်းပေးသွင်း ပြီးပါက အောက်ပါ ပစ္စည်းများကို အူရီဒူးမှ သုံးစွဲသူသို့ ပံ့ပိုးပေးမည်ဖြစ်သည်။
(၁) Supernet Wireless Mini စက် (၁) လုံး နှင့် (၁) နှစ်သက်တမ်းရှိ အာမခံကတ် (၁) ခု
(၂) အူရီဒူး Supernet Wireless အစီအစဉ်ပါ ဆင်းကတ် (၁) ခု (စက်အတွင်း ထည့်သွင်းထားပြီး) (စက်အတွင်း ထည့်သွင်းပေးထားသော ဆင်းကတ်ကို သက်ဆိုင်ရာတည်ဆဲဥပဒေများနှင့်အညီ လိုအပ်သည့် အထောက်အထားစာရွက်စာတမ်းများ တင်ပြပြီး သုံးစွဲသူ၏အမည်ဖြင့် မှတ်ပုံတင် ရမည် ဖြစ်သည်။)
(၃) Adapter (၁) ခု (အထက်ပါပစ္စည်းများအားလုံးကို စုပေါင်းကာ “Supernet Wireless Mini Package”ဟု ညွှန်းဆိုမည်ဖြစ်သည်။)

၂.၂။ သုံးစွဲသူမှ Supernet Wireless Mini စက် ကိုအသုံးပြုပြီး ဝိုင်ဖိုင်ချိတ်ဆက်နိုင်ရန် အောက်ပါအဆင့်များ အတိုင်း ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်ဖြစ်သည်။
(၁) သုံးစွဲသူထံပေးအပ်ထားသည့် အသုံးပြုသူလမ်းညွှန်စာအုပ်အား သေချာစွာဖတ်ရူပြီးနောက်စက်ကို တပ်ဆင်ပါ။
(၂) Supernet Wireless Mini စက်၏ ပါဝါခလုတ်ကို နှိပ်ပြီး စက်ကိုဖွင့်ပါ၊
(၃) စက်နှင့် ဝိုင်ဖိုင်ချိတ်ဆက်ကာ အသုံးပြုမည့် သုံးစွဲသူ၏ ကွန်ပျူတာ (သို့) အခြားအလားတူ စက်ကိရိယာများတွင် ဝိုင်ဖိုင်ဖွင့်ထားပြီးနောက် ယင်းစက်ကိရိယာ၏ Wireless Networks တွင် Supernet Wireless Mini စက်၏ SSID အမည်ကို ရှာဖွေရွေးချယ်ကာ Connect ကို နှိပ်ပါ။
(၄) စက်၏ ဝိုင်ဖိုင်တွင် SSID အမည်ကိုရွေး၍ Connect ကို နှိပ်ပြီးနောက် ဝိုင်ဖိုင် Password ရိုက်ထည့်ပြီး OK သို့မဟုတ် Connect ကိုနှိပ်ပြီး စက်နှင့်ကိရိယာတို့ ချိတ်ဆက်မှု အောင်မြင်သည် အထိ စောင့်ပါ။(Supernet Wireless Mini စက်ပေါ်တွင် သုံးစွဲသူမှ အသုံးပြုရန် SSID အမည် နှင့် Wi-Fi Password ကို စက်ပေါ်တွင် ဖော်ပြထားပါသည်။)

၂.၃။ မည်သည့်အချိန်တွင်မဆို သုံးစွဲသူမှ Supernet Wireless Mini စက်ဖြင့် ဝိုင်ဖိုင်ချိတ်ဆက် အသုံးပြုရာတွင် စက်အရေအတွက် အများဆုံး (၃၂) ခု အထိ ချိတ်ဆက်အသုံးပြုနိုင်မည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

၃.၁။ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုကိုအသုံးပြုနိုင်ရန် သုံးစွဲသူထံ ပေးအပ်ထားသော Supernet Wireless Mini စက်သည် သုံးစွဲသူမှ ၄င်းစက်ကို အူရီဒူးအရောင်းဆိုင်များတွင်ဖြစ်စေ၊ အူရီဒူး၏ကိုယ်စားလှယ်ဆိုင်များတွင်ဖြစ်စေ ဝယ်ယူ၊ မှတ်ပုံတင်သည့်နေ့မှစ၍ (၁) နှစ် အာမခံသက်တမ်းရှိပြီး ၄င်း အာမခံချက်တွင် ဆင်းကတ် နှင့် Adapter ကဲ့သို့သော အခြားပစ္စည်းများ အကျုံးမဝင်ပါ။

၃.၂။ မည်သည့်အခြေအနေတွင်မဆို အာမခံသက်တမ်းကာလကို တိုးမြှင့်ပေးခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် ပြင်ဆင် ပေးခြင်းကို အူရီဒူးမှပြုလုပ်ပေးလိမ့်မည် မဟုတ်ပါ။ အကယ်၍ အာမခံ ခံစားပိုင်ခွင့်ရှိသည့် Supernet Wireless Mini စက်တစ်လုံးကို ပြင်ဆင်ခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် အစားထိုးလဲလှယ်ခြင်း ပြုလုပ်ခဲ့ပါက ထိုအစားထိုးစက်အတွက် အာမခံသက်တမ်းကို မူလစက်အတွက်ကျန်ရှိသော အာမခံသက်တမ်း အတိုင်းသာ ဆက်လက်တွက်ချက်သွားမည်ဖြစ်သည်။ ဥပမာအားဖြင့် Supernet Wireless Mini စက် တစ်လုံးကို ဝယ်ယူပြီးနောက် (၇) လ ကြာချိန်တွင် ပြင်ဆင်ခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် အစားထိုးလဲလှယ်ခြင်း ပြုလုပ်ခဲ့ပါက ထိုစက်အတွက် အာမခံသက်တမ်း (၅) လ သာ ကျန်ရှိမည်ဖြစ်သည်။

၃.၃။ Supernet Wireless Mini စက် တွင် ချို့ယွင်းချက် တစ်စုံတစ်ရာ တွေ့ရှိပါက သုံးစွဲသူအနေဖြင့် ၄င်းစက်ကို အူရီဒူးအရောင်းဆိုင်များတွင်ဖြစ်စေ၊ အူရီဒူး၏ တရားဝင်ကိုယ်စားလှယ်ဆိုင်များတွင်ဖြစ်စေ သွားရောက် ပြသရမည်ဖြစ်သည်။ အူရီဒူးမှ ပြန်လည်စစ်ဆေးပြီးနောက် သုံးစွဲသူသည် ၄င်းစက်ကို ဤစည်းမျဉ်းစည်းကမ်းများနှင့်အညီ သုံးစွဲထားကြောင်း စစ်ဆေးတွေ့ရှိပါက အူရီဒူး၏ ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက် အတိုင်း ပြန်လည်ပြင်ဆင်ပေးခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် အစားထိုးလဲလှယ်ပေးခြင်း တို့ကို ပြုလုပ်ပေးမည်ဖြစ်သည်။

၃.၄။ သို့ရာတွင် အောက်ပါအခြေအနေများတွင် အာမခံပျက်ပြယ်မည်ဖြစ်သည်။
(၁) အာမခံသက်တမ်းကာလကျော်လွန်ခဲ့ပါက
(၂) သုံးစွဲသူ၏ပေါ့လျော့မှုကြောင့် စက်မှာပျက်စီးနေခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် စက်ကိုဖျက်ဆီးထားခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် တစ်စုံတစ်ဦးမှ စက်အားခိုးယူခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် စက် ပျောက်ဆုံးနေခြင်း၊
(၃) သုံးစွဲသူသည် စက်ကို ပုံမှန်မဟုတ်သည့်ပုံစံဖြင့် နှင့်/သို့မဟုတ် သုံးစွဲသူလမ်းညွှန်အတိုင်း လိုက်နာ ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်းမရှိဘဲ တပ်ဆင်ထားခြင်း၊ လွဲမှားစွာ အသုံးပြုခြင်း နှင့်/သို့မဟုတ် ကိုင်တွယ်ခြင်း၊
(၄) စက်သည် မီး၊ ရေ သို့မဟုတ် အခြားသော ပြင်ပပစ္စည်းများကြောင့် ပျက်စီးသွားခြင်း၊
(၅) အာမခံသက်တမ်းကာလအတွင်းတွင် အူရီဒူးမှ လုပ်ပိုင်ခွင့်မပေးထားသော ပုဂ္ဂိုလ်တစ်ဦးဦးမှ စက်ကို ပြုပြင်ရန် (သို့) ပြောင်းလဲရန် ကြိုးစားမှုကြောင့် ပျက်စီးသွားခြင်း၊
(၆) Supernet Wireless Mini စက် နှင့် တွဲဖက်အသုံးပြုနိုင်ခြင်းမရှိသော ထုတ်ကုန်များ (သို့) ဆက်စပ်ပစ္စည်းများဖြင့် တွဲဖက်အသုံးပြုမှုကြောင့် စက်မှာ ပျက်စီးသွားခြင်း (သို့) ချို့ယွင်း သွားခြင်း၊
(၇) စက်ပေါ်တွင်ကပ်ထားသော အာမခံနံပါတ်ပါဝင်သော ကပ်ခွာများကို ဖယ်ရှားထားခြင်း (သို့) ပြောင်းလဲထားခြင်း (သို့) ဖတ်မရအောင်ပျက်စီးနေခြင်း၊

၃.၅။ အာမခံအရ သုံးစွဲသူမှ ရယူခံစားနိုင်ခွင့်မှာ စက်အား ပြန်လည်ပြင်ဆင်ပေးခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် အစားထိုး လဲလှယ်ပေးခြင်းသာ ဖြစ်ပြီး မည်သည့်အခြေအနေတွင်မှ အူရီဒူးအနေဖြင့် ငွေသားဖြင့် စက်ကို ပြန်လည် လဲလှယ်ပေးမည် မဟုတ်ပါ။

၃.၆။ သို့ရာတွင် အောက်ပါအခြေအနေတွင် သုံးစွဲသူမှ စက်ကို ဝယ်ယူစဉ်က ပေးချေခဲ့သည့် ငွေကြေးပမာဏ အတိုင်း အူရီဒူးမှ ငွေသားဖြင့် ပြန်လည်လဲလှယ်ပေးသွားမည်ဖြစ်သည်။
(၁) သုံးစွဲသူမှ မှတ်ပုံတင်စာရင်းတင်သွင်းထားသည့် နေရပ်လိပ်စာတွင် အူရီဒူး၏ ကွန်ရက် မရရှိသည့်အတွက် သုံးစွဲသူမှ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုကို အသုံးမပြုနိုင်ခြင်း၊
(၂) သုံးစွဲသူသည် ဝန်ဆောင်မှုအတွက် မှတ်ပုံတင်စာရင်းသွင်းချိန်တွင် သုံးစွဲသူမှ မှတ်ပုံတင်စာရင်း သွင်းသည့် နေရပ်လိပ်စာအား ဝန်ဆောင်မှုရရှိနိုင်သည့် နေရာအဖြစ် အူရီဒူးမှ ကြေငြာခဲ့ခြင်း၊
(၃) သုံးစွဲသူသည် မှတ်ပုံတင်စာရင်းတင်သွင်းထားသည့်နေရပ်လိပ်စာတွင် ကွန်ရက်ကို အသုံးပြု၍ မရကြောင်းကို ဝန်ဆောင်မှုအတွက်မှတ်ပုံတင်စာရင်းသွင်းသည့်နေ့မှ (၃) ပတ်အတွင်း အသိပေး တိုင်ကြားခဲ့ခြင်း၊
(၄) သုံးစွဲသူသည် Supernet Wireless Mini Package ကို မူလဝယ်ယူစဉ်က ထုပ်ပိုးမှုူပုံစံအတိုင်း ပျက်စီးမှုတစ်စုံတစ်ရာမရှိ၊ ကောင်းမွန်စွာဖြင့် အူရီဒူးအရောင်းဆိုင်များသို့ဖြစ်စေ၊ အူရီဒူး၏ ကိုယ်စားလှယ်ဆိုင်များသို့ဖြစ်စေ လာရောက်ပြီး ပြန်လည်ပေးအပ်ခြင်း၊
သုံးစွဲသူမှ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုကို ရယူ၊ သုံးစွဲရန်အတွက် ကျခံခဲ့ရသော အခြားမည်သည့် စရိတ်စက သို့မဟုတ် ကုန်ကျစရိတ်ကိုမျှ အူရီဒူးမှ ပြန်လည်ပေးအပ်မည်မဟုတ်ပါ။ ထိုသို့ သုံးစွဲသူအား ငွေသားဖြင့် ပြန်လည်လဲလှယ်ပေးရာတွင် သုံးစွဲသူအနေဖြင့် ဝန်ဆောင်မှုကို မူလ ဝယ်ယူ မှတ်ပုံတင်စာရင်းတင်သွင်းစဉ်က အူရီဒူးမှ ပေးအပ်ထားသည့် Supernet Wireless Mini Package ကို မူလဝယ်ယူစဉ်က ထုပ်ပိုးမှုူပုံစံအတိုင်း အပျက်အစီးကင်းစွာ အူရီဒူးသို့ ပြန်လည် ပေးအပ်နိုင်ခြင်း မရှိပါက အူရီဒူးမှ သုံးစွဲသူအား ငွေသားဖြင့်ပြန်လည်လဲလှယ်ပေးမည်မဟုတ်ပါ။

၄.၁။ သုံးစွဲသူအနေဖြင့် ၄င်း ဝယ်ယူထားသည့် အစီအစဉ်များအလိုက် ဝယ်ယူထားသော ဒေတာပမာဏကို သက်ဆိုင်ရာ အစီအစဉ်သက်တမ်းကာလအတွင်း သုံးစွဲသူမှ မှတ်ပုံတင်စာရင်းသွင်းထားသည့် နေရပ် လိပ်စာ၌ ရယူ အသုံးပြုနိုင်မည်ဖြစ်ပြီး ထိုသို့သုံးစွဲရာတွင် မျှတစွာသုံးစွဲရေးမူ၀ါဒကို လိုက်နာ၍ အသုံးပြု ရမည်ဖြစ်သည်။

၄.၂။ သုံးစွဲသူမှ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုကို ဆက်လက်သက်တမ်းတိုး အသုံးပြုလိုခြင်းရှိ/မရှိကို ဆုံးဖြတ်နိုင်ရန်အတွက် မူလ ဒေတာအစီအစဉ် သက်တမ်းကာလ မကုန်ဆုံးမှီ (၇) ရက်အလိုတွင် သုံးစွဲသူထံသို့ အူရီဒူးမှ SMS စာတို ပေးပို့ပြီး ကြိုတင် အသိပေးသွားမည်ဖြစ်သည်။

၄.၃။ အပိုဒ် (၈.၁) အရ သုံးစွဲသူမှ ဒေတာအစီအစဉ်တစ်ခု သက်တမ်းကုန်ဆုံးချိန်တွင် ဝန်ဆောင်မှုကို ဆက်လက် သက်တမ်းတိုး အသုံးပြုလိုပါက အူရီဒူးမှ ပေးအပ်နေသော ဒေတာအစီအစဉ်များထဲမှ မိမိနှစ်သက်ရာ အစီအစဉ်ကို အူရီဒူးအရောင်းဆိုင်များတွင်ဖြစ်စေ၊ အူရီဒူး၏ ကိုယ်စားလှယ်ဆိုင်များတွင်ဖြစ်စေ၊ http://wireless.ooredoo.com.mm တွင်ဖြစ်စေ ဒေတာအစီအစဉ် သက်တမ်းကုန်ဆုံးချိန် သို့မဟုတ် ထိုအချိန်မတိုင်မှီတွင် ထပ်မံဝယ်ယူပြီး ဝန်ဆောင်မှုကို ဆက်လက်အသုံးပြုနိုင်မည်ဖြစ်သည်။

၄.၄။ အကယ်၍ သုံးစွဲသူမှ မိမိဝယ်ယူထားသည့်အစီအစဉ်ကို သက်တမ်းတိုး ထပ်မံ ဝယ်ယူခြင်းမပြုပါက မူလဝယ်ယူထားသောအစီအစဉ် သက်တမ်းကုန်ဆုံးချိန်တွင် အင်တာနက်လိုင်း ပြတ်တောက်သွားပြီး ဝန်ဆောင်မှုကို ဆက်လက် အသုံးပြုနိုင်တော့မည်မဟုတ်ပါ။

၄.၅။ ဝန်ဆောင်ခများတွင် တည်ဆဲဥပဒေအရ သက်မှတ်ပြဌာန်းထားသော ဝန်ဆောင်မှုူဆိုင်ရာ အခွန်အခများ ပါဝင်ပြီးဖြစ်သည်။

၅.၁။ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုူအမြန်နှုန်းသည် သုံးစွဲသူမှ ဝယ်ယူထားသည့် ဒေတာအစီအစဉ်အပေါ်တွင်မူတည်၍ ပြောင်းလဲ မည်ဖြစ်သည်။
၅.၂။ သုံးစွဲသူမှ အသုံးပြုနိုင်မည့် အမြင့်ဆုံးမြန်နှုန်းမှာ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုကို တစ်ပြိုင်တည်း ချိတ်ဆက် အသုံးပြု နေသည့် စက်များ၊ သုံးစွဲသူ၏ နေအိမ်နံရံကို တည်ဆောက်ရာတွင် အသုံးပြုထားသော အရာဝတ္ထု၊ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုကို တစ်ပြိုင်တည်း ချိတ်ဆက် အသုံးပြုသူ အရေအတွက် အစရှိသော အချက်များအပေါ်တွင် မူတည်မည်ဖြစ်သည်။ ထို့အပြင် သုံးစွဲသူမှ ရယူသော အချက်အလက် သို့မဟုတ် ဖိုင်များ၏ ဖွဲ့စည်းပုံ/ အရွယ်အစား၊ အင်တာနက်ပေါ်မှ အသုံးပြုသူအရေအတွက် နှင့် အင်တာနက်ကို အသုံးပြုသည့်ပုံစံ၊ သုံးစွဲသူမှ ဆက်သွယ် ချိတ်ဆက်ထားသော Server ၊ သုံးစွဲသူ နှင့် အခြားသူများမှ ဆက်သွယ်ရာတွင် ချိတ်ဆက်အသုံးပြုနေသော ကွန်ယက်တို့အပါအဝင် အခြားအချက်များစွာအပေါ်တွင် မူတည်ကာ ပြောင်းလဲနိုင်ပြီး အမြင့်ဆုံးရရှိနိုင်မည့် အမြန်နှုန်းအောက်သို့လည်း ကျဆင်းသွားနိုင်ပါသည်။ ထို့ကြောင့် သုံးစွဲသူတစ်ဦးသည် အမြင့်ဆုံး ရရှိနိုင်မည့် အမြန်နှုန်းဖြင့် ဒေတာများကို Download သို့မဟုတ် Upload ပြုလုပ်နိုင်ပါမည်ဟု အူရီဒူးမှ မည်သည့် ကတိကဝတ် သို့မဟုတ် အာမခံချက်ကိုမှ ထုတ်ဖော်ကတိပြုခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် အဓိပ္ပါယ်သက်ရောက်စေခြင်းမရှိပါ။

၆.၁။ သုံးစွဲသူများအနေဖြင့် ပိုမိုကောင်းမွန်သည့် ဝန်ဆောင်မှုကို အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရန်အတွက် Ooredoo Supernet Wireless Mini Broadband ဝန်ဆောင်မှုကို ပေးအပ်ရာတွင် မျှတစွာသုံးစွဲရေးမူဝါဒကို ကျင့်သုံး သွားမည်ဖြစ်သည်။ ယင်းမျှတစွာသုံးစွဲရေးမူဝါဒအရ -
(၁) သုံးစွဲသူတစ်ဦးမှ ရက်ပေါင်း ၃၀ အသုံးပြုနိုင်မည့် တစ်ရက်လျှင် 2GB ဒေတာအစီအစဉ် နှင့် တစ်ရက်လျှင် 4GB ဒေတာအစီအစဉ်တို့ကို ရွေးချယ်ဝယ်ယူ အသုံးပြုရာတွင် သုံးစွဲသူအနေဖြင့် တစ်ရက်လျှင် သက်မှတ်ထားသည့် ဒေတာပမာဏအတွင်း အသုံးပြုပါက အမြင့်ဆုံးအမြန်နှုန်း 5 Mpbs အထိ အသုံးပြုနိုင်မည်ဖြစ်ပြီး တစ်ရက်အတွင်း သက်မှတ်ထားသည့် ဒေတာပမာဏထက် ကျော်လွန် အသုံးပြုပါက အမြန်နှုန်းသည် 1 Mpbs အထိ လျော့ကျသွားမည်ဖြစ်သော်လည်း နောက်တစ်ရက်တွင် ၄င်းသုံးစွဲသူအနေဖြင့် အမြန်နှုန်း 5 Mpbs ဖြင့် ပြန်လည် အသုံးပြုနိုင်မည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
(၂) သို့ရာတွင် သုံးစွဲသူအနေဖြင့် အောက်ပါအစီအစဉ်များအနက်မှ မည်သည့်အစီအစဉ်ကိုမဆို ဝယ်ယူ အသုံးပြုပါက ဝယ်ယူထားသော ဒေတာပမာဏ ကုန်သည်အထိ အမြင့်ဆုံးအမြန်နှုန်း 14 Mpbs နှင့် ရယူ အသုံးပြုနိုင်မည်ဖြစ်သည်။ ထိုသို့ ဝယ်ယူထားသော ဒေတာပမာဏ ကုန်ဆုံးချိန်တွင် ဝန်ဆောင်မှု ပြတ်တောက်သွားမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး ဒေတာအစီအစဉ်ကို ဆက်လက်အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရန်အတွက် သုံးစွဲသူ အနေဖြင့် ဒေတာအစီအစဉ်အသစ်ကို ထပ်မံ ဝယ်ယူရန် လိုအပ်မည်ဖြစ်သည်။
(က) ရက်ပေါင်း (၃၀) သုံး 20 GB ဒေတာအစီအစဉ်
(ခ) ရက်ပေါင်း (၃၀) သုံး 50 GB ဒေတာအစီအစဉ်
(ဂ) ရက်ပေါင်း (၉၀) သုံး 75 GB ဒေတာအစီအစဉ်
(ဃ) ရက်ပေါင်း (၉၀) 150 GB ဒေတာအစီအစဉ်

အကယ်၍ အူရီဒူးနှင့် သုံးစွဲသူတို့အကြား အငြင်းပွားဖွယ်ရာကိစ္စများ ပေါ်ပေါက်ခဲ့ပါက သုံးစွဲသူမှ 09 970000216 သို့ဖြစ်စေ၊ အူရီဒူးဖုံးနံပါတ်ကို အသုံးပြု၍ 216 သို့ ဖြစ်စေ ဆက်သွယ်ကာ မကျေနပ်ချက်ကို အူရီဒူးသို့ အသိပေး တိုင်ကြားနိုင်ပြီး ထိုသို့ပေးပို့တိုင်ကြားပြီး (၄၈) နာရီအတွင်း အူရီဒူးမှ သုံးစွဲသူသို့ ပြန်လည် ဆက်သွယ်သွားမည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ လိုအပ်ပါက အူရီဒူး၏အကြီးတန်းအရာရှိများမှ ကိုယ်တိုင်လာရောက်ပြီး ညှိနှိုင်းဖြေရှင်း ဆောင်ရွက် ပေးမည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ အကယ်၍ ထိုသို့အူရီဒူးဖက်မှ ဖြေရှင်းပေးခြင်းကို သုံးစွဲသူဖက်မှ ကျေနပ်မှုူမရှိမှသာ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ သက်ဆိုင်ရာ တည်ဆဲ ဥပဒေများနှင့်အညီ မကျေနပ်ချက်ကို ဖြေရှင်းဆောင်ရွက်သွားရမည်ဖြစ်သည်။

၈.၁။ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုူကို အသုံးပြုရာတွင် သုံးစွဲသူမှဝယ်ယူထားသည့် ဒေတာအစီအစဉ် သက်တမ်း ကုန်ဆုံး ပြီးနောက် နောက်ထပ် ဒေတာအစီအစဉ်ကို သုံးစွဲသူမှ ဝယ်ယူ သက်တမ်းတိုးခြင်းမရှိဘဲ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုူကို အသုံးမပြုသောကာလသည် တဆက်တည်း (၃၆၅) ရက်ထက် ကျော်လွန်သွားပါက ဝန်ဆောင်မှုူ အလိုအလျောက် ရပ်ဆိုင်းသွားမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး သုံးစွဲသူအနေဖြင့် ဝန်ဆောင်မှုူနှင့်တကွ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုူ အသုံးပြုရန် အူရီဒူးမှ ပေးအပ်ထားသည့် စက်ကိရိယာများကိုပါ ဆက်လက် အသုံးပြုနိုင်တော့မည် မဟုတ်ပါ။
၈.၂။ အကယ်၍ သုံးစွဲသူမှ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုူကို ပြန်လည်အသုံးပြုလိုပါက ထိုအချိန်တွင် အူရီဒူးမှ ထုတ်ပြန် ကြေငြာထားသော သက်ဆိုင်ရာ စည်းမျဉ်းစည်းကမ်းများနှင့်အညီ Supernet Wireless Mini Package အပါအဝင် ဝန်ဆောင်မှုူတို့ကို သုံးစွဲသူမှ အသစ်ပြန်လည် ဝယ်ယူ လျှောက်ထားပြီးမှ ပြန်လည် အသုံးပြု နိုင်မည်ဖြစ်သည်။

အူရီဒူးမှ သုံးစွဲသူသို့ မည်သည့်အသိပေးအကြောင်းကြားမှုူကိုမဆို ပြုလုပ်ရန် လိုအပ်ပါက သုံးစွဲသူမှ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုူကို ရယူရန်အတွက် မှတ်ပုံတင်စဉ်က အူရီဒူးသို့ အသိပေးတင်ပြထားသည့် တယ်လီဖုန်းနံပါတ် သို့မဟုတ် အီးမေးလ် သို့မဟုတ် အခြားဆက်သွယ်ရန်လိပ်စာ တစ်ခုခုသို့ ဆက်သွယ်အသိပေးရမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး ယင်းသို့ ဆက်သွယ် အသိပေးပြီးပါက သုံးစွဲသူမှ ထိုအသိပေးအကြောင်းကြားမှုကို လက်ခံရရှိ၊ သိရှိပြီးဖြစ်သည်ဟု ယူဆမည်ဖြစ်သည်။

အောက်ပါအခြေအနေတို့တွင် ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများကို ယာယီအားဖြင့် ဆိုင်းငံ့ခြင်းကိုဖြစ်စေ၊ အမြဲတမ်းအတွက် ဖြတ်တောက်ခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် ရပ်ဆိုင်းခြင်းကိုဖြစ်စေ ပြုလုပ်ပိုင်ခွင့် အူရီဒူးတွင်ရှိသည်။
(၁) ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများကို ရယူသုံးစွဲရန် အသုံးပြုရသည့် သုံးစွဲသူအမှန်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း သုံးစွဲသူ သက်သေခံအမှတ် သို့မဟုတ် Password ကို ခွင့်ပြုချက်မရှိဘဲ တရားမ၀င်၊ မမှန်မကန် သို့မဟုတ် လိမ်လည်လှည့်ဖျားသည့် နည်းလမ်းများဖြင့် ရရှိထားသည်ဟု သံသဖြစ်ဖွယ်ရှိကြောင်း အူရီဒူးမှ ၄င်း၏ တစ်ဦးတည်း ဆုံးဖြတ်ပိုင်ခွင့်ဖြင့် ယူဆရန် အကြောင်းရှိသည့်အခါ၊
(၂) Supernet Wireless Mini စက် ပျောက်ဆုံးနေကြောင်း သို့မဟုတ် ခိုးယူခံရကြောင်း အမှန်တကယ် မှတ်ပုံတင် စာရင်းသွင်းထားသည့် သုံးစွဲသူမှ အူရီဒူးသို့ တရားဝင် အကြောင်းကြား သည့်အခါ၊
(၃) သုံးစွဲသူသည် ဝန်ဆောင်မှုကို အသုံးပြုရာတွင် ၄င်း ဝန်ဆောင်မှု၏ လုံခြုံရေး သို့မဟုတ် လုပ်ငန်းလည်ပတ်မှုကို တစ်နည်းနည်းဖြင့် ပျက်စီးစေသော၊ နှောင့်နှေးစေသော သို့မဟုတ် ထိခိုက်စေသော သက်ရောက်မှုမျိုးရှိစေနိုင်သည့် ပုံစံဖြင့် အသုံးပြုနေသည်ဟု ၄င်း၏တစ်ဦးတည်း ဆုံးဖြတ်ပိုင်ခွင့်ဖြင့် အူရီဒူးမှ ထင်မြင်ယူဆနိုင်သည့် အကြောင်းတရားများ တွေ့ရှိသည့်အခါ၊
(၄) သုံးစွဲသူသည် Supernet Wireless Mini စက် ကို အသုံးပြုရာတွင် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၏ သက်ဆိုင်ရာ တည်ဆဲဥပဒေတစ်ရပ်ရပ်ကို ကျူးလွန်ချိုးဖောက်သည့် နည်းလမ်းများဖြင့် အသုံးပြုနေသည်ဟု ၄င်း၏တစ်ဦးတည်း ဆုံးဖြတ်ပိုင်ခွင့်ဖြင့် အူရီဒူးမှ ထင်မြင်ယူဆနိုင်သည့် အကြောင်းတရားများ တွေ့ရှိသည့်အခါ၊
